1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received an expired product (within 7 days of receiving)

We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, opened packages, or ordering the wrong product.

2. Return Timeframe

If you are eligible, please initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email us at support@gotrulynuts.com
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable
  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we approve the return:

  • A replacement or store credit will be issued
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Bulk custom orders

6. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package was visibly damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items inside.
